These are the plain-language terms for ordering from Craic Labs, Dublin, Ireland. Questions: hello@craiclabs.com.

Ordering and payment

• You place an order by email. It isn't confirmed until we reply to say so.
• Prices are shown in euro. The introductory prices on the website are available for a limited time and may change for future orders.
• We'll tell you how to pay when we confirm your order, and we post it once payment is received.

Delivery

• We deliver within Ireland only, by post, for a flat €3 per order.
• Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days after we post. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Problems with your order

If something arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us with your name and a description or photo, and we'll put it right. Your legal rights as a consumer aren't affected by anything on this page.

Using the souvenir stickers

• Only add photos and text that you have the right to share. Please take extra care with photos of children and of other people who haven't agreed to be shown.
• An album is shown to anyone who taps its sticker or has its link. Don't add anything private.
• Your private editing link controls your albums. Keep it to yourself. If it leaks, email us and we'll replace it.
• We may remove an album that breaks the law or harms someone, and we'll tell you when we do.
• We run the album service with care but can't promise it will always be available. We'll give you notice before we stop it so you can keep your photos.
